Users by Age

This is a chart of all the individual users on your website in the given timeframe broken down by age range. Note that since this chart reflects “Users,” the total will be different than total “Sessions” as one user can have multiple website sessions in any given timeframe. 

 

Users by Gender

This is a chart of all the individual users on your website in the given timeframe broken down by gender. Note that since this chart reflects “Users,” the total will be different than total “Sessions” as one user can have multiple website sessions in any given timeframe.

 

Time on Site

Time on site or average session duration is the average time of all the sessions that took place on the website in the given timeframe. This metric is a good gauge of any problems happening on the website. A short ToS could mean something is preventing people from loading a page or staying past the homepage.

 

Bounce Rate

Bounce rate is the percentage of sessions that “Bounce” or leave the website after only loading one page. An extremely high or low bounce rate could mean loading issues or a lack of interest among other things.

 

New vs Returning Visitors

This metric showcases the percentage of users on the website who are “new” as of the given timeframe. More new users indicated a greater chance for new leads & business.

 

Sessions by Device Type

Sessions by device type is a breakdown of overall sessions in the given time frame by desktops computers, phones, or tablets.

 

Sessions by Browser

Sessions by browser is a breakdown of overall sessions in the given time frame by which internet browser they were in when the users found the website.
