Organic Impressions

Organic impressions are the number of times a website has been viewed on Google in the given timeframe. This does not take into account views on your Google My Business page, this is strictly website-only. The benchmark for this KPI varies per website, so it’s important we see it increasing YoY.

 

Organic Sessions

Organic Sessions are the number of times someone has been on a website from a search engine like Google in the given timeframe. The benchmark for this KPI varies per website, so it’s important we see it increasing YoY.

 

Organic Leads

Organic Leads are all the leads that came through your website who’s last destination before the website was a search engine. This does not take into account Google My Business leads, or leads from other local listings.  It also doesn’t take into account leads from other sources that also found the website through a search engine at some point in their journey. The benchmark for this KPI varies per website and the types of lead capturing tools on the website, so it’s important we see it increasing YoY.

 

Average Review Rating

Average Review Rating is the average number of stars of reviews left in Google My Business over the selected time period. This does not take into account reviews from ILS’s or other local listings like Yelp, Yahoo, Bing, Apartments.com, etc. 

 

Organic Traffic

Organic Traffic is a time series of organic website sessions so you can see trends in your traffic based on the timeframe.

 

Search Keywords

Search Keywords are the exact terms the website is being found by in Google.

 

Local SEO Profile Views

This metric is the total number of views on every local listing connected to the Yext (Local SEO/RentPress Local) platform (if GMB is not connected, the numbers will not include GMB)

 

Website Traffic from Local SEO

This metric is the total number of website visits that came from every local listing connected to the Yext (Local SEO/RentPress Local) platform (if GMB is not connected, the numbers will not include GMB)

 

Website Leads from Local SEO

This metric is the total number of views on every local listing connected to the Yext (Local SEO/RentPress Local) platform (if GMB is not connected, the numbers will not include GMB)

 

Calls from Local Listing

This metric is the total number of phone call clicks from Google My Business 

 

Cost per Lead

This number incorporates website leads only (not phone calls from Local Listings) and is divided by the cost of the current SEO product/month.  Note that this metric will only make sense when looking at a 30 day timeframe.
