  • Leads are conversions when someone provides info (like a website contact form).
  • Residents are when a current resident interacts with the bot
  • Users are total number of people who interacted with the bot over the time period
  • Prospects are users who aren’t current residents.

This number is the number of leads over the given time period divided by the cost of the product in months. Note that this metric will only make sense when looking at a 30 day timeframe.

LEASE MAGNET

Lease Magnet

Event actions are divided between impressions and conversions:

  • Impressions are times that someone loaded and looked at a popup
  • Conversions are the times that someone filled out info and submitted information

This widget is an overview of Tour Scheduler performance. The event actions are a product of Calendly and are dividing up as follows:

  • invitee_event_type_page – a user opens up the actual scheduler

  • Invitee_scheduling_page – a user arrives on the webpage with the scheduler on it

The Event Action with the most significance to us and clients is “Invitee_meeting_scheduled” which signifies a lead in a tour scheduled.
